Victoria Yim, mother to Liam (17 months)
It is such a treat to be able to accompany Liam to the Infant & Toddler Atelier on the days I am available; normally I'm stuck at work and my helper gets the luxury of hanging out with him. He is especially calm and engaged at Blue House. He's also made friends with the Atelier Coordinators, which warms my heart especially because he used to be painfully shy when we first started.
Rita Grewal, mother of Lucas, 3 years
“The Atelier has been a wonderful environment for my child to stimulate his senses and explore a wide range of novel activities. I started taking him there from before he could even sit on his own, and he loved it from the first day. The unique environment of the Atelier is both peaceful yet stimulating for the little ones at the same time. Nowhere in Singapore have I found an opportunity like this where my child could play with such a range of materials, which was a fascinating experience for him. We've enjoyed classes, drop in sessions and birthday parties guided over the two and half years.”
Karen Sawtell, mother of Calise, 2 years
“So serene, tranquil and stunning for everyone!I love the innovative DIY activities as I get a lot of ideas for home. I really enjoy coming to the atelier with my daughter.”
Karin Motteram, mother of Helena and Isabelle, twins, 2 years
“My children and I love the atelier because the teachers are always finding new ways to create interesting and intriguing experiences for them to explore. The atelier itself is a beautiful and peaceful space that encourages a child to engage with the environment which often uses recycled materials in a very clever way. Thank you Blue House, Ms Ais and Ms Kathy for creating such an inspiring place!”
Bec, mother of Oscar, 16 months
"The infant and toddler atelier is our sanctuary. Unlike playcentres or learning centers, the atelier allows for calm and enjoyable exploration, and the teacher's create an environment where child and parent or carer connect. It takes you into your child's world. The moment Oscar sees the room he yells with delight."
